Laura leads a traditional farm life: spending time churning butter, making cheese and making maple syrup. Laura goes to town for the first time, and plays with her sister. Each night, while the wind blows and wolves howl, the happy sound of Pa's fiddle, brought vividly to life on this recording, keeps the family safe and warm.
