Ephesians 4:12 highlights a primary objective of any church: "…equipping the saints for the work of ministry." How is this accomplished? What are the tools with which saints are to be equipped in order to do the work of ministry? What are some ways the church can obtain these tools? Who does the equipping? When should this take place? Who does the work of ministry? What is the work of ministry? Jesus promised the Holy Spirit would help in that process. In this topic, Ben Walder will answer some of these questions, and highlight why having a motivation for this type of work is vital to preserving these skills.
