Leadership. Shepherding. Servanthood. What do they mean to you? In I Corinthians 12:5 the Bible tells us that the Spirit gives the gift of administration. The concept behind this word is a person "who steers or rows a boat". Its meaning is to get the ship to its destination. Real shepherds are leaders with foresight, wisdom, and who are able to bring their sheep with them. Are you called to a leadership position in the administration of Jesus Christ - the King of all kings? What a privilege! What a responsibility! Jesus is calling leaders - not as lords over His heritage - but shepherds of His sheep.
